Research On Village Planning In The Background Of Social Transformation

Since the 80s of the 20th century, with the deepening of reform, our country has experienced rapid change from agricultural society to industrial society. With the process of industrialization and urbanization, and the development of market economy, China's rural society is changing from relatively closed to open, engaged in the processes from traditional to modern transition, proposing more function and higher demand on the village.In this context, the paper introduces the building features of traditional rural village, then it discusses the action of urbanization,industrialization,modernization and other factors,which are on role in promoting the transformation of rural society. It analyzes the rural society's changes in population structure,family structure,cultural structure and organizational composition,and also analyzes the impact of this social change on the village population size, land features organizations, housing demand and the supply of public goods, so as to set up the link between rural society's elements and village planning. On the basis of learning from the village development home and abroad, from the viewpoint of population,housing construction planning,public facilities and cultural protection planning, the article describes the emphasis of different village planning on social transformation in rural areas.The paper selected Jihou village in Fujian Province Youxi County as a case, According to the establishment of the population flows out of the village and traditional village planning content, the paper comes up with the planning scheme, demonstrates the theory earlier.
