Engine is a traditional industry , the application of turbo-charging technology makes this traditional industry a qualitative improvement., and electronic control technology makes the engine performance once again raise. At present, as the global energy crisis and intensified pollution levels , the engine emissions performance have become increasingly demanding. China is also in accordance with specific conditions, formulated in line with stateⅢ,Ⅳ,Ⅴphase of emissions regulations and the specific implementation time. In order to make the engine meet the higher emissions requirements, most of our engine business cooperation with foreign enterprises or to seek foreign technical support for the research and development of new engines. They not only invested heavily in research for new engine, but also pay great attention to lower emission level engine for the structure improvements and performance optimization to enhance the emission level. The subjects of this topic in WD615.56 WD615 series engine models. And as part of innovative projects for the enterprise aimed at developing the EuroⅡemission levels WD615 engine to meet the higher emission requirements. The main task of this task is to match the new turbocharger system involves numerical computing, software simulation, bench test of a few.First,According to design specifications of the turbo system to calculate the main parameters。And,then Use of AVL Boost software to meet the numerical requirements of the matching engine turbocharger performance prediction, test engine to meet the design requirements of the indicator. Finally, through the two turbocharger and engine matching test, select the best configuration.Engine dynamic performance and emission levels are effectively improwed by ptimizing engine turbocharging.
