The superstructure is one of the most important place for the Crews to manipulate the ship and to support their daily life. As the superstructure is built by thin steel plates , its side plates and platform Flat are easy to deformation. So the deformation control of the superstructure is one of the most important process for shipbuilding. This thesis based on the superstructure deformation feedback from the construction of 29,000 DWT chemical tanker, to study the deformation control measurements which include attachment point design, structure strength auditing, assembling control ,transport control, lifting planning and control for first time build 50500 DWT refined oil / chemicals tanker. Finally, a guide matter which is about the operational flow and craftwork on the controlling of distortion on hull accommodation's setting will be theorized and also be the core of the article.The first chapter introduces the importance of holistic setting of hull accommodation and also the situation of accommodation's integrality before setting in all shipyards around the globe. And the lemma of this article is about the gap between domestic shipyards and Japan and Korea's shipyards on this craftwork, especially the deficiency of GSI on it.The second chapter is through the theoretic study on the part's ultimate intensity of accommodation to analyze all reasons of distortion during setting, and then give an academic basis on the study of the accommodation's distortion.The third chapter, after analyzing the problems on the setting of 29000DWT chemical tanker's accommodation in GSI, gives a reformative way through theoretic calculation then verifying it.The forth chapter will introduce the practice way of this theory. First take the reformative way on 29000DWT chemical tanker's accommodation setting to 50500DWT product oil tanker, second according to the actual situation gives calculation and realize it, at last compare the measurement result of the two vessels in order to confirm the validity of this theory.The fifth chapter is sum up the project of accommodation's setting, then establish a guide matter of operational flow and craftwork on accommodation's setting.The sixth chapter is a summing-up of this study and an expectation on its foreground.
