Study On The Method Of Purple Line Planning

China is a country with a long culture history, and the cultural relics and historic sites spread all over. With the huge development of social and economic, the pressure of historical and cultural heritage conservation become more and more great. Basing on the legalization construction of protection area of historical and cultural heritage, the ministry of Construction promulgated purple line planning management method in 2004, in order to strengthen the conservation of historical and cultural heritages. Each city compiles purple line planning one after another. But during the method and mangement of purple line planning process, some problems are universal existence, such as the uncertain protected objects, the unclear purple line planning system, the disordered purple line planning management. The research discriminate the protected objects of purple line planning, extend the protection objects and contests establish the purple line planning system, and then give suggestions on the management of purple line planning. This paper is mainly divided into four parts. Firstly we should re-analysis of the present situation of purple line planning, proposed the method and management of purple line planning from increasingly severe problems. On the basis of the relevant foreign research, the article from the development trend of purple line planning.Secondly discussing on epistemology of the purple line planning, the article study the interactive relationship between purple line planning and historical and cultural heritage to form the content and material objects established the two contents and three objects of purple line planning on basic theory as premise of purple line planning method. And then, accord to the influencing factors and protection contents of protection area of each objects, make protection methods and measures to establish the purple line planning system. In the end, study on management subject, management regulations and management mechanism (including operation organization, public participation and of standard for results), and explore the management mechanism of purple line planning.
