Research On Conservation Planning Model Of Historical Area Based On Cultural Characteristic Value

Cultural resources are the greatest asset of the city which is not renewable. Nowadays,with the high pace of urbanization, urban construction gradually eroded large numbers of historic buildings and historic districts and the city and city landscape gradually become the same. How to retain cultural roots and protect the concentrated regions reflect the characteristics of traditional historical towns, become a very serious problem. However, historical heritage is the material carrier of cultural awareness and cultural heritage in historical areas. The way to treat and evaluate the historical remains is the premise of the protection and inheritance of the cultural context.Through the conservation theory of historical area in domestic and abroad,and the analysis of Xijin Ferry Case, writer tries to use different ways to find its culture carriers, to find their cultural value in the view of the protection of environment and intangible culture., and then summed up the characteristics and cultural value of the five dimensions:geographical environment community and buildings, function, folk and custom and celebrity events. Next using the evaluation methods in Pingjiang, Jinxi two historical areas, analyze their cultural values.Traditional conservation planning mode is oriented to the protection of "objects", scope and measures of the protection are more limited. This paper explores the establishment of conservation planning model of historical area on cultural characteristic value to Enhance the status of geographical environment and the non-material culture, focus on the whole process of collaboration to promote culture and cultural carrier. Specific process is as follows:based on the establishment of protection system about values, multi ways to make sense of the historical culture of the region are used, that conclude the five types of cultural carrier. Then I try to use five dimensions and eighteen factors to evaluate of carrier of cultural property systematicly. In the characteristics of the analysis of object choice, the degree of characteristic value concept to construct the analytic method of historical and cultural characteristics and value is increased. Finally, integrating the cultural resources with cultural value orientation, strategies of regional cultural heritage are put forward.Finally, with the guidance of the cultural characteristics, conservation planning mode is used in protection of historical and cultural town planning for Baoyan. Based on various ways of perception, comprehensive analysis of the cultural carrier of cultural value is conducted, and more attention to the on behalf of the regional characteristics of "potential" cultural values is paid to, and systematic evaluation "multidimensional" way is used to the mining of features and values. In conservation planning, the four major cultural feature oriented, corresponding cultural resources are fully integrated, "point, line and plane" mesh is used to protect local characteristics, and the formation of the cultural experience of the path is considered; further expand the scope of protection, corresponding protection level in the number of features of the district is increased; a mandatory control measures to protect the very area representative historical landscape is developed; and the characteristics of culture oriented proposed strategies for the protection and development of Baoyan, the cultural context of hilly region of rivers and lakes is fully highlighted in Baoyan.
