Operational readness and mission completion success rate are compositive representation of naval vessel durative battle effectiveness,and RMS(Reliability-Maintainability-Supportability) have important effect on them. So it is significant to do simulation evalution based on suitable model,which is built on the characters of each phase's RMS work of the whole life cycle.Reach on this field has several disadvantages:first,most of evaluation methods are experiential, while quantitative methods are few.Second,methods on Operational Phase are much more than that suitable for whole life cycle.Third,few methods can satisfy the need of large systems like warship.Forth,there are too much suppose on most methods,what's more,research on maintain and support process is cursory.The main contents of this thesis are outlined as follows:(1) Conducted by support engineering, RMS work and main data of each life cycle phase was analysed.Base on this according to the characters of modeling and simulation techniques,work which modeling and simulion can do was summarized,also with the data and information,all of these build base for simulation evalution work.(2) Farmwork of whole life cycle RMS modeling base on GTST-DMLD was brought forward.Then come up with method for the basic reaiability model.Third the simulation evaluation method was shown.(3) Designed the simulation evaluation system.first the five basic modules,which are users module,model manage module,model edit module and simulation module.Then developed the database used for the system,which is composed by uses database and models database.
