With the rapid development of our country ’ s economy and IT revolution,our country ’ s foreign trade and e-commerce have developed rapidly.Import ＆ Export volume,domestic production materials,and commodity mobility have ushered in a period of rapid development.The average growth rates for Import ＆ Export and logistics business are much faster than economic;What’s more,the logistics industry has ushered in an unprecedented opportunity for development.As an important part of modern logistics industry,aviation logistics industry gradually approached to us with its unique transportation advantages.As a new type of logistics service format that has developed rapidly in recent years,Aviation Logistics Park with the advantages of high industrial added value and wide economic driving area,is popular all over the country,has a large number of constructions,with broad prospects.Chongqing is the only municipality directly under the Central Government in Chinese central and western regions,and one of the important central cities planned by the state.It is also an important strategic fulcrum for China West Development,the link joint of the "Belt and Road" and the Yangtze River Economic Zone,and an important distribution center for logistics.In recent years,Chongqing Jiangbei Airport’s international routes covered world’s major economies,and international（regional）cargo volume has ranked first in China west region for seven consecutive years.In order to continue to give full play to the service and stimulus of Chongqing’s aviation logistics hub for regional development,make it an important support for the high-quality development of regional industries,a new engine for economic growth in the twin-city economic circle in the Chengdu-Chongqing region,and an important role for China West in opening up as a leader,vigorously developing of Chongqing Aviation Logistics Park is particularly important and urgent,and it is of great significance to study Chongqing Aviation Logistics Park.This article starts from theory,summarizes the research status of Aviation Logistics Park at home and abroad,combines the concepts of logistics,strategy,and theories of airport economy,industrial clusters and Aviation Logistics Park development.Analyzed the current situation and problems of Chongqing Aviation Logistics Park,and then put forward the strategic direction of the development of Chongqing Aviation Logistics Park by SWOT.Summarized the development practical experience of similar parks through the park cases of domestic and foreign Aviation Logistics Parks such as Zhengzhou Airport Logistics Park,Tianjin Airport International Logistics Zone,Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Aviation City,South Korea Incheon Airport Aviation City,etc.for Chongqing Aviation Logistics Park.Finally,eight development countermeasures for Chongqing Aviation Logistics Park are proposed from the aspects of management system,support policies,aviation network,infrastructure,information platform,logistics format,headquarters base,business innovation,etc.,to optimize the development of Chongqing Aviation Logistics Park as a reference to the government departments in Chongqing.
