| Circulating Fluidized Bed(CFB) technology has been developed internationally as a new type of clean coal梒ombustion technology . Because of its high efficiency~ low pollution and. wide sorts of coals ,CFB technology deserved scholars?great attention from many countries and it has been a primary guide to coal?combustion technology.According to the character of CFB and current research, a steady state model of the flow structure and mixing process in the upper dilute zone of a CFB, where variations in flow parameters with height are neglected, æ…ontinuous桪ispersion Model?is presented. The model is based on a two梡hase structure, consisting of an upflowing lean suspension and a downflowing particle clusters. On the basis of this model, a numerical simulation calculation model about flow structure and temperature field is established.Using this model and common programs, the gas梥olids flow structure and the temperature field are investigated in the 75t/h CFB boiler from Boiler Plant. Also the rules of flow structure and the temperature field with the running parameters (circulating solids flux~ air flux~ diameter of solids and sorts of coal) are found in this paper . The flow and heat transfer is further understood and comprehended and this thesis provide a theoretic basis for further development and application of CFB boiler. |
