The use of energy and its related application technology has been widely concerned with the global energy crisis and environmental deterioration.Therefore,smart grid has become the research focus of experts in relevant departments and related fields.The use of energy and its related application technology has been widely concerned.As the most critical part of the development of smart grid,distribution automation has been injected into the new connotation with the development trend of the smart grid and has a new upsurge in construction.At present,the development of distribution automation in our country faces the problem of power supply reliability,the problem of power consumption and maximum load forecasting,and the problem of power quality.The reliability of power supply is the most basic and the most important problem that our country faces at the present stage of distribution network.To ensure the safe and stable operation of power distribution automation system is an important measure to enhance the power supply reliability.It is also the main work of the State Grid Corporation of China.Therefore,it is imperative to study the key technology of lean operation and maintenance of distribution automation system.In this paper,the key technologies are failure distribution type judgment and failure rate estimation of distribution terminal,optimal configuration for FTU based on the requirement of economy and reliability and analysis model of fault location of distribution system based on RS-IA data mining.Firstly,introduce the overall structure of distribution automation system,describe the FTU and analyze the principle of feeder automation.Secondly,propose the method of failure distribution type judgment and failure rate estimation of distribution terminal.Thirdly,introduce the technology of optimal configuration for FTU.To insure reliability and economy,optimize the number of FTU based on nonlinear integer programming with the help of genetic algorithm.Then consider the different load types and number of feeder switches and the functional characteristics of different types of FTU,optimize the location allocation of FTU.Fourthly,to solve the problem of fault information variation,which is resulted from bad operation environment and high possibility of damaged or lost information,this paper proposes a data mining correlation analysis model of fault location based on Rough Set theory and immune algorithm for distribution system.Finally,the paper puts forward the improvement direction aiming at the deficiency of the research work.
