Dam safety monitoring model is a chief means of analyzing and evaluating the dam operation properties , and it is important for dam safety monitoring . Dam survey data analysis and the foundation of dam safety monitoring model are the central problem of the dam monitoring technology , they are not only monitored the dam safety work but also offered feedback information for engineering designers and are refreshened and perfected dam theories . This paper is made an exhaustive study of dam safety monitoring data processing method on basis of the advanced theories and methods of mathematics and mechanics , its aim is supplied a helpful supplement and approach for dam safety monitoring data analysis and comprehensive evaluation.There is discovered anomaly survey data when we analyze a great deal of survey data . The great mass of anomaly data is made by errors of the dam monitoring system . Therefore , we must analyze at fast these data errors and decide gross errors and insure the data reliability when we create the dam safety monitoring model by using survey data . This paper is analyzed a classic gross error location method-Data Snooping Method and its localization from the classic data processing method . Applied the robust estimation theory , it is made a new improved least square method . Combined the Normal distribution and the Laplace distribution, there is created a new distribution model uber distribution in the paper , it is improved the method of the gross location and parameter estimation and is cleared out efficiently the gross error's effect for dam safety monitoring model.With the application of field theories , processing methods of the power function , dam theories and engineering mechanics and three-dimensional vector , there is created space displacement field distribution model . Cited with the temperature field model , it is made the equation of temperature component more right in the paper . Applied the data of dam concrete's slow changing and dam foundation's flow changing , it is decided time independent by their relationship . With the mechanics simulation of temperature load and time independent , it is on time made to monitor the corresponding load displacement field and the change tendency at any time , and is monitored the dam work regularity . With the application of many-point analyzing model , it is made single-point analyzing model to three-dimensional space and had global analysis , and it is benefit to the dam comprehensive evaluation .Aimed at a great deal of survey data of dam safety monitoring and their complex relativity , it is drawn out some key factors and is described the dam work principles and characters by means of factor analyzing model. It is abstracted whole factor information from the corresponding rectangular matrix which is made from many-point data in all dam . With analyzed the interrelation of survey data , itis abstracted the same essentiality variables and is made decentralize complex survey data be simple and whole . Therefor , it is revealed the interrelation each other and is analyzed dam survey data ,and is served for dam safety monitoring and comprehensive evaluation.
