This paper analyses and researches full-digital control system of container loading bridge, based on the electric-control system technology transform item of container loading bridge for a harbor. In the design, the four mechanisms use DC speed adjustment, and select the advanced RTV-84 series DC motor speed controller of French TE Company and the series 90-30 programmable controller of American GE company. The perfect unites of these two forms the nucleus of the whole control system. -The focal point of this paper is studying the problem of cargoes?weight measurement, besides the component of mechanical system, the component and control of electric-control system, the full-digital DC speed adjustment system and the hardware and software design of PLC control system. This paper puts forward the project of current static measurement method and corrects it with acceleration dynamic measurement. The major work of this paper includes:?Introducing the development situation of container loading and unloading machinery, the configuration status of our country抯 container harbor, and the major content and purpose~bf this thesTh.?Introducing the component of mechanical system of container loading bridge, mainly including Hoisting mechanism, Gantry travelling mechanism, Boom mechanism and Trolley mechanism.?Devising the electric control system of container loading bridge, mainly including Hoist/Gantry control circuit and Boom/Trolley control circuit.?Analysing and researching full-digital DC speed adjustment controller, and expounding the elementary component, elementary working principles, 110 technology and the configutation and tune of main parameters.?Devising the PLC control system of container loading bridge, mainly including hardware and software design, and emphatically studying the problem of cargoes?weight measurement of container loading bridge.
