Widely used in water disposal, air decontamination and apparatus disinfection, ozone shows good future in the field of environment protection. But now most of the ozone generators have low power, high power consumption and low efficiency, Which limit their range of application and effect of use.According to the power equation of pipe ozone cell, this paper takes advantage of the advanced technology and experience of ozonier ,analyses and discusses the approach of improving the power and efficiency of the ozone generator. To improve the efficiency of ozone generator and reduce power consumption, the most important is to solve the power supply and ozone cell. This paper analyses the laden characteristics of the ozone generator and the requests to the power supply, the focal point of this paper is the power supply of the ozone generator. Adopting the full bridge phase-shifting soft switching technology, a 20kHz high frequency inverter power source is developed and made. Based on the test data, the result is: the inverter power source has good technology index in every items and has good synthetical quality, has obvious work effect in improveing the ozone output and reducing the power consumption.
