To fit the demand of the high grade highway supplyment for over-traffic and over-loading, asphalt pavement on Semi-rigid base is proposed for the use of the high grade highway.In this paper, based on the practical use of the asphalt concrete pavement on Semi-rigid base, the performance of Lime-fly ash Concrete base is profoundly researched. So we know Semi-rigid mixture should be of logical combination rate to make a asphalt concrete pavement on Semi-rigid base obtain excellent performance. Kinds of grading theories are adopted and the best gradation of aggregate range is determined. Several methods for Lime-fly ash concrete mixture's mix composing design, which are feasible in technology and reasonable in economy, are proposed. And the design method of framework compact type Lime-fly ash stabilized Concrete's mixture comes up. Through the research on the forepart strength mechanism of Lime-fly ash Concrete, the characters of fly ash from Zhoukou and the effect of forepart intensity of the different mix doping. The shortage of Lime-fly ash Concrete forepart intensity is solved. To improve the forepart strength of Lime-fly ash steady Concrete, the measure is gainedThrough making experiments, the diverse performance of the grading mixture determined in this article was compared with "the design criterion about asphalt pavement recommands. Finally, through paving testing road, the rationality and availability of the results of the experimental study was approved.
