As the semi-rigid pavement holds the charactenstics:bearing capacity with high strength, good overall stability and durability and so on,in our country,as to the road surface form, we have long.taken semi-rigid material as the basis unit and asphalt mixture as the road surface structure, but with depth understanding, its short comings are gradually exposed, they are as following:firsd at early stage, its low strength prerents transportation opening eraly,second, lime stable aggregates are prone to the phenomenon of erosion of state slurry, resulting in road damage and effect on the useful life of parement; third,in the process of forming strength and usage, time mixture produces temperature shrinkage crack caused by tenperature changes and shrinkage crack by moisture, and when the asphalt surface is thin, the crack usually extends to the formation of reflective and so on, so we need to study the rarious propertise of such semi-rigid base.In the composition of semi-rigid asphalt structure, the rigid mtterial of lime in our country is widely used. In order to improve the long-term service life of asphalt parement, based on each experiment, this paper will conduct thorough research about the material properties of lime stone,it includes:It will systematically illustrafe the exixting norms and the foreign design about the structure of asphalt and discuss the standard design theory and its disadrantage along with construction drafe and quality control points about lime mixture;And it will analyze the forming of strength and characte about lime mixture and make a detailed study the low to the strength of time brought by material gradation, temperature,cement content and put forward the construction points in Yue Yang area.Through experiment, the low about the early time compresive strength of lime which is brough by aggregate grading, and the effect about improving its strength by physical and chemical methods and adding admixture, and the reason for shrinkage crack about lime base and measures for decreasing, along with its funtion,the effective proposal about costruction technique is put forward.Through orthogonal testing method,the low is obtained about the degree of compaction of time brought by the amount of content,the pulverized coal ash and fine, which has the guiding sense to two ash mixed macadanis design and construction...
