The parameters which affect the Fighter's Combat Effectiveness and the computing methods of each parameter are studied in this thesis. The computing models of Fighter's Combat Effectiveness are established . Presented also are the computing models of LCC (Life Cycle Costs) and E/C ( Effectiveness/ Costs ). The main points of the work are stated as follows :1. Based on the analysis of the definition and the study of the estimation methods , the Fighter's Combat Effectiveness model , in which the parameters of maneuver, cannon, missile , detector and others are considered, is established. The model has been tested with the existing aircrafts. It is shown that it is available and accurate enough for engineering practice.2. The LCC model is built. After analyzing the composition of the LCC , the model is created by using parameter method and engineering method . A new concept, cost per hour, is presented .3. By unifying the fighter's Combat Effectiveness model and LCC model , the E/C model is built.
