The paper, based on the development of internal and external distributing electricity automation technique, mainly researches the application of distributing electricity automation technique in Beijing xilu, which applies with the theory of distributing electricity automation technique, and combines with the reality of Nanjing Power Supply Bureau.The main contents list below:Firstly, it clarifies the basic concept, economic benefit, necessary, and the developmental general situation of the distributing electricity automation technique, and puts forward the main problem that will be discussed more detail in the following chapters.Secondly, it raises the network connection mode, communication mode, feeder automation, and substation automation of distributing electricity automation in the distribution system, which can be departed in three sections.In section one, the network connection mode of distribution system in Beijing xilu has been raised, and the fundamental mathematics model has been set up. Based on the model, the entire scheme for Beijing xilu has been established, and genetic algorithm has been practiced for the optimum and the assess of the network connection mode.In section two, a few main communication methods have been analyzed and compared. With the reality of Beijing xilu , an appropriate communication method has been put forward.In section three, the distribution automation construct in Beijing xilu has been analyzed and researched, especially for the Beijing xilu feeder automation.Lastly, it assesses the application of distributing electricity automation technique in large-scale residential zone, puts forward a reasonable approach and scheme, especially for the developing direction in the future.
