This dissertation describes the development status of domestic and international road roller and its development trend, this dissertation put forward the significance and the main research content, the goal of this research is the overall development of the design and implementation of22t (ton) fully hydraulic single drum vibratory roller, and technical problems encountered to solve assembly test development process, and parameters performance test and reliability test of the prototype, especially a large number of experimental noise, on the cab sealing and comfort of operation and other aspects of the work and improved, is expected to reach the famous the level of similar foreign products in product design, man-machine engineering, manufacturing capacity, parts design, manufacturing quality and reliability.Analysis on product structure changes of the composition of2010-2012domestic roller, a reasonable composition change of roller products according to the. According to the traditional mass concept describes the classification method of road roller, and the working principle of single drum vibratory roller are described. Summary of domestic and foreign20-22t fully hydraulic single drum vibratory roller performance characteristics and its parameters. Summary of each subsystem in the existing market structure, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different structure forms, and select or structure of each subsystem and reasonable is proposed in this paper, points out that the design of each subsystem needs to focus on resolving the problem; at the same time, the selection of each subsystem are analyzed, the calculation formula or the empirical data of reasonable, complete the final parameter table.Using the developed prototype test on various performance parameters and the reliability of the product, and the experimental results are compared with the calculated results verify. Lists the experiment process prototype problems, especially the noise and comfort of operation for cab are tested and improved a lot, and detailed prototype optimization of overall status improved performance.The innovation of this thesis mainly displays in:the design product function the new look; the dual-purpose type innovation scraper; the vibration intensity of advanced simulation software and advanced instrument test cab, to meet the cab interior noise and comfort of operation to achieve outstanding level requirements.
