As the main support structure of the dynamic equipment, the foundation is required with big structure size, and highly security performance. Using of the computer-aided engineering analysis (CAE) technology in the structure design process, it can conveniently analyze the static strength, stiffness and vibration of the foundation of machine, and the fast and accurate calculation results can be obtained.By using the ANSYS software, the foundation of the blower unit is studied in this paper. Mainly using the theory of finite element method, dynamics and structure mechanics, the static analysis, modal analysis and harmonic analysis of the public structure are carried out in the paper. The static strength and stiffness values are known through analysis. The natural frequencies and corresponding vibration mode are known through the modal analysis, while the resonance reason of the structure’s foundation is found. Based on the resonance reason, the structure of the public foundation is improved to meet the working requirements, and then their frequencies and mode shapes are analyzed. Furthermore, the quality of the dynamic equipment and its installation position influence the frequency of foundation which are studied in the paper. The harmonic response analysis is carried out to obtain the frequency which can seriously damage the foundation. The calculated information and effective measures can refer to solve the foundation’s resonance of engineering. |
