Based On Its Road Freight Transport Dynamic Tracking System

Road freight dynamic tracking system is the system using the technique of ITS to realize dynamic tracking on freight. This paper, firstly intends to build road freight dynamic tracking system according to system engineering, and then to introduce Nation ITS Architecture so as to develop road freight dynamic tracking system. It is in the hope to build a series of steps for developing road freight dynamic tracking system, and to analyze the applied technique on vehicle cells and surveillant center. Lastly, it is under discussion to design the GSM module, the GIS module and freight information module for serveillant soft, and realize the functions of vehicle positioning, vehicle moving and freight tracking, which are the foundation of road freight dynamic tracking system.
