The research work of this thesis belongs to the scope of manufacturing technology of the aeroengine. With the increasing nation's demand for hi-performance aeroengine and the changing of the manufacturing condition, it's the trend of the times to optimize the traditionally machining process of the aeroengine's key parts by digitized methods.Aiming at solving the difficult problems of the casing parts of certain aeroengine's technology, the thesis, which combined with the project named The research on the machining process optimization of the front casing parts of some-type aeroengine under the digitized conditions, gives the instance of some-type aeroengine's technology optimization, discussed the basic content, the realization way and the key technology of the machining process optimizations, and it provides one solution for the casing parts of aeroengine's optimizations under the digitized conditions.Main aspects developed are:(1) The realization ways and the basic contents of the machining process optimizations of the casing parts of aeroengine. Based on the defining of the concept of the process optimizations under the digitized conditions, the article gives the basic content, the realization way and the key technology of the machining process's optimizations under the digitized condition.(2) The research of manufacture-oriented parametric feature modeling methods. Based on analyzing the features of the manufacture-oriented modeling methods, the thesis brings forward one modeling method customized to the casing parts. Through the analysis of the structure, the feature decomposition, the benchmark system and the research of the modeling methods, the thesis realized a manufacture-oriented and feature-based parametric modeling method of the casing parts.(3) The machining process path optimizations of the casing parts of aeroengine under the digitized condition. Based on analyzing the structure characteristic, the process difficulty and the original processes, the author puts forward the new optimization ways of the technology and make the technology rules. The article also discussed the research about the control of the casing parts' distortions and put forward new optimization technology that can effectively control the distortions.(4) The research of the NC process technology optimizations of the casing parts. The thesis researched the basic ways of the optimizations, the programming methods,the cutting ways and the cutter selections in the process of the NC machining. It focused on the typical NC machining methods of casing parts, including the process path of milling machining, the manufacturing of pocket parts, the manufacturing of bore, the method of orientation and clamp towards casing and so on.Through the research of the machining process optimization of the whole casing parts, the thesis provided a solution for the t production of the casing parts. This machining process optimization will be used in the manufacturing of the certain whole casing parts in the future.
