With the increasing nation's demand for hi-performance aero engine and the changing of the manufacturing condition, it's the trend of the times to optimize the traditionally machining process of the aero engine's key parts by digitized methods. Aero-engine casing components as a very important, its processing quality can meet the design requirements,the performance of aircraft engines would be able to function properly a great impact. The parts processing efficiency has been plagued by the problem of casing parts processing,leading to conventional processing methods can not achieve the casing manufacturing requirements of these parts.This paper studied the processing technology of aeroengine parts in high performance. In the analysis based on the material and the structure about the typical aeroengine,studied about using special equipment and technology to improve the efficiency of casing processing, meet the needs of the casing parts manufacturing. Main aspects developed are:Firstly,this paper give an overview of the basic contents of the original casing process optimization. It gives the basic content and the realization ways of the machining process' s optimizations.Secondly, the article also study the machining process path optimizations of the casing parts of aeroengine. On the basis of the full analysis of the structural characteristics of the casing, the difficulty of the process, a new optimized process route, and proposed the program Control.Thirdly,achieve the casing CNC machining, programming methods including the use of milling method and tool selection and processing area, clamping methods.At the last, we have finished the trial cut, demonstrate the improvements. And the optimization of cutting parameters of a nickel-base superalloy were analyzed, the total processing time as the evaluation criteria, the conclusion that the corresponding theoretical optimum cutting speed, and has been verified in the experiment.
