Batching Controller Of Research And Development

In this paper we put forward the designing method of a new kind of batching-controller. According to the requirements of batching production in technics, we design a new kind of batching-controller with measuring and controlling functions by microprocessor. The batching-controller can realize automatic weighing, controlling batch-weighed and online communications, which has high ratio of function against price. It is the product which binds software to hardware closely. On hardware design, we adopt the microprocessor 89C52 and new-style logic circuit chip to elaborate measuring and controlling circuits. The functions of all components are full used. On software design, we adopt the method of programming in modules and every module is independent and it helps debugging of program. The batching-controller has the characteristics of high reliability, strong anti-disturbance, high ratio of function against price and small volume. It can be used as stand-alone instrument, and also as embedded-instrument to join with industrial computer by RS-232C or RS-485 standard.
