| To find a way of sun-tracking with little cost and great precision, sun-tracking system using Single Chip Microcomputer (SCM) has been studied.Characteristics of sun-tracking system of concentrator are analyzed in the dissertation at first. On the bases of these characteristics, tracking strategy was brought out, control system was designed, and simulation was taken to verify the designing. To meet the requirement of the control system, SCM 80C196KC is chosen as the controller. To complete the functions with 80C196KC, designing of peripheral circuit of the SCM and relevant software were emphasized. Functions of the hardware and their design are introduced. Mentality of the designing of software is also introduced.Test board is produced out, software is programmed, and debug is done. Running parameters and output waves are analyzed using functions of the emulator.The result of analysis and design indicates that SCM can meet the requirement of sun-tracking system. Logic analysis to the target board shows that the output of the SCM is just the same as what was expected. |
