Manufacturing Process Information Technology System And Applications

With manufacturing enterprises' further running process informatization, they especially need a Manufacturing Process Information System (MPIS) which is developed strictly, is applied well, is maintained perfectly and supports the whole design and management business. The well-off implementation of MPIS needs s a set of technology system as technology base. Based on manufacturing enterprises' requirements, this thesis researches the technology system of MPIS.Four aspects of technology system of MPIS are researched mainly. Firstly, based on middle-ware technologies and taking the requirements and application environment of manufacturing enterprises' process informatization into count, the MPIS system architecture is built. Secondly, by synthesizing the existing CAPP theories and technologies and combining above MPIS system architecture, the process information unified model is built to establish the data base of MPIS. Thirdly, by analysing manufacturing enterprises' manufacturing process business, the key implementation technologies for manufacturing process business based on process information unified model is discussed detailedly. At last the engineeration technologies based on MPIS system architecture is studied elementarily to ensure MPIS be implemented successfully. Based on researches above, this thesis forms a set of technology system for MPIS.
