Process Information System Research And Implementation Of The Manufacturing Process-oriented

With the development of process informationization, process planning and management of traditional CAPP system doesn't meet with the current requirement. The enterprise need to consider the factor of manufacturing process when processes are designed in order to realize the optimization of manufacturing process. Therefore, the process information systems oriented manufacturing process is presented, and some key issues studied in the dissertation are as follows:1. Based on research and analysis on J2EE typical distributed multi-tier architecture, the architecture of the process information systems based on J2EE is built, and the solution in the PDM platform is researched.2. Based on the analysis on several key data of the process planning, a dynamic object-oriented information model is established, and the organization and manifestation of the mainly data is studied.3. A method of process planning based on the related model of process tree is proposed;the distribution and management method of collaborative process tasks based on the related model is also proposed.4. A method of process information management based on the XML/XSL is proposed.
