In this paper, in view of the current situation of heater heating network, puts forwarda design method of automatic temperature adjustment heat meter.This heat meter can heatmetering and contrl heat. In the analysis of the existing various of heat meter based on theprinciple. To flow measurement,temperature survey and temperature control studied. First,Introduces the background and meaning of developed heat meter.Given the related conceptof heat meter. Introduces the working principle of the heat metering; Second, Elaboratedthe temperature control principle of automatic thermostat heat meter. Through thetemperature control valve to control the heating pipe hot water flow. Achieve the purposeof controlling temperature. throw the heat meter function of overall planning. First,themain components of the heat meter (control unit,temperature sensor,etc.)design isdescribed in detail,and then detailed description of the software design of the systemthrough the process flow chart. Software programmed in C language.The main factors affecting the indoor temperature is outdoor temperature changes(changes in the weather,day and night temperature changes,etc.).Another user to open thedoor,window and other minor factors.The paper described the principles and methods ofpredictive control based on feedforward outdoor temperature main disturbance control.Reduce the indoor temperature fluctuations.Upgrade heating comfort and sophisticatedenergy-saving.
