The paper works over the architecture, primary technology and whole implement of measure and control system based on Internet/Ethernet control network systematically. The Ethernet control network is looked upon as the development trend of field bus by contrast with Computer network and field bus. The intelligent measure and control system based on Ethernet is set up accordingly. At the same time, the paper analyzes the embedded Internet that has very important use in Ethernet control network, realizes the embedded TCP/IP protocol suitable for measure terminal. Then the Ethernet control network is imported to the integrated electrical system of torpedo firstly to set up the measure and control system of the torpedo's electric power based on Ethernet control network. In the system, the measure and control nodes using 8-bit MCU can transfer the gathered data and receive the commend from monitor computer using the embedded TCP/IP protocol, can collect and process data from the devices needed to control. The monitor software program can control field devices such as measure and control nodes, can display the received data dynamically, can store, maintain and query the received data.The paper is very important for the development trend of industrial control network and the application of the Internet/Ethernet control network in industrial field. Also it has a good reference value to the build of the torpedo's electrical measure and control laboratory that is being demonstrated and prepared.
