The testing control system is an important component of the helicopter.It is used for testing all kinds of the plane-carried powers.Along with the development of the aviation industry, the testing control system for plane-carried power is required more strictly. The networked testing control system for helicopter-carried power has realized the testing process automation and the power performance parameters test more accurate than before.It uses UDP network communication and it is reliable, easy to operate. The testing control system for plane-carried power uses the BP neural network are the same and it can meet the requirements.The testing control system for plane-carried power is composed of the PC-Control system and the ARM controllers.It tacks DELLTM INSPIRONTM 530 personal computer as the PC-Control system and bases on ethernet communication. The ARM controllers are a microcontroller takeing LPC2132 as core,including control input,control output,and communication. The PC-Control system and the ARM controllers connects through the ethernet. The PC-Control system and the radar simulation loading system connects through the serial port.The PC-Control system is developed on Visual C++ which is an excellent product of Microsoft Corp.And the program can be running on the Windows environment.During the designed of software.the OOP(Object Oriented Programming)method is adopted. The functions of the surveillance server has serial commnunication,data sampling and showing in real time.data saving data printing,data showing through curve graph.etc.In order to inprove the running effective and data manafing,the technology of multi-thread and database is also used.The ARM controller is developed on the Keil Corporation's Keil uVision3. During the designed of software.the OPP(Object Procedured Programming)method is adopted. The functions of the lower controller has the communication module, the I/O input and the I/O output. The watchdog makes the lower controller reliable.At last.the result indicates that the testing control system for plane-carried power can achieve its basic functions.
