Since the 1960s, after the double-cruved arch bridge was firstly build in Wuxi County of Jiangsu province , it has been extensively build all over the country. However for some reason, a lot of double-cruved arch bridges appeared the damage of the different degree after being used some period of time and need as to be assess, maintain or reinforce.In this paper, a calculation method of an existing double-cruved arch bridges has been studied. Firstly, according to the characteristic of existing double-cruved arch bridge, adoption the survey coordinate, the finite element method is used to analyze the inter forces of the bridge. Second, analyzed the function of spandrel structure , so it should been considered in the calculation analysis of arch bridge. Finally, all of research are carried out on the background of the First Guijiang Bridge, and the relative loading experiment results are compared with the calculated values, the feasibility and the reliability of this method are verified.The internal forces calculation method analysis is to reflects the theories foundation of the existing double-cruved arch bridges, and is an important basement to choose responsible strengthening schema . |
