The paper makes the model of the control system. In order to control the system,the view of two-part combined control (the PID control and the Fuzzy control) is proposed in this paper, The different controller is designed on different error range.The paper studies information exchange and interface technique inside the system .This system is composed of an AC servo motor, a transducer, an industrial personal computer, shaft-position encoder and so on. This paper discusses the hardware and software design in detail.In the end ,the simulation is performed. The result shows that the performance indexes are fully contented. |
