| With the development of biotechnology, cell microinjection technology has been widely applied in the field of cell operation. The injection amount is desired in one time. A new method based on microliquid digital control technology, which is different from common ways, is introduced to implement controllable amount. The driver circuit is the base of this microinjection system.Three-channel signal source whose waveform and parameters can be controlled, is analyzed and completed. After the electronic character of PZT has been analyzed, driver power supply is designed. At the same time device driver program in windows2000 is studied, then the driver program for signal source is designed using Driver Development Kit in details .The implementation of the interface between driver program and user program is described. The design of install file for driver program is also mentioned. The signal generating and controlling software named WaveGen has been designed and implemented in Object Pascal computer language.Expression compiler and calculator has been researched ,then it has been implemented in Object Pascal computer language. |
