| Through searching the data at home and abroad, the thesis summarized the existing materials for mending cracks in the concrete. On this basis, the author fully investigated and analyzed the present status of cracks in concrete pavement, studied the cause and the developing process of cracks, and developed polymer modified superfine cement as crack repair material for cement concrete pavement with high-quality in pavement performance and convenience in construction; totally and systematically studied crack repair materials' workability, setting time, mechanical property, interfacial bond strength, durability, and shrinkage character; brought forward viscosity and grout-ability test method of crack repair material, and grout-ability evaluation-index. A simulation of crack surface in concrete pavement was applied to the design of test and evaluation-index of crack repair material's adhesion strength; the thesis researched the interface microstructure of polymer modified superfine cement repair material, reveals its modification mechanism; through site repair test and economy performance analysis, commended certain materials for mending cracks in the concrete pavement under certain situation. |
