Cement concrete pavement is one of the major structural forms for the highway in china, traffic overload and natural environment factors lead to earlier micro crack in many pavement, the pavement structural damage will be appear if we won't repair the crack timely. Therefore, developing a good performance and cheap micro repairing material for cracks have an important theoretical and realistic significance to the pavement preventive maintenance and prolong service life of pavement.It's developed a novel repairing material for micro cracks in cement concrete pavement which constitute by ordinary cement, polymer and superplasticizer, based on extensive investigation of the repair situation in the cement concrete pavement and, the existing research results. In the first study, it' recommend an initial ratio of repairing material based on system analysis by orthogonal test method which explore the general using scope about kinds of raw materials. Analyzed the influence rule of different raw materials and composing ratio to workability, mechanics and durability performance about the repair stuff by system test. The optimum proportion of the material will be done through comprehensive comparison about pavement performance and analyze results about kinds of micro cracks. In the interest of realize the microcosmic structure about repairing materials. We use the analytical tools of SEM and MIP. Analyzing the influence of polymer to structure of cement concrete, we reveal the connection between microcosmic structure and macro performance about crack repair material. Finally, it's recommended the manufacture which meets the technical performance requirements.
