Sbs Modified Asphalt Mixture Engineering Applications

The paper is based on the bitumen pavement's design and construction of the Qi -Lin freeway, according to the project location, weather condition, road grade, pavement structure and economy technology and other factors, analyzes the application of the SBS modified asphalt mixture. According to the theory of selection of the modified asphalt , the paper analyzes the economy and compares the performance of the modified asphalt, determine SBS's type and dosage ;select the SBS modified asphalt's production equipment and techniques; analyzes the SBS modified asphalt's performance , and the performance evaluating indicator , the SBS modified asphalt's character and its application performance; control the SBS modified asphalt's production technology and the mixture's transportation , spreading and rolling technology. On the basis of the theory analysis and engineering practice, the paper summarizing Qi-Lin speedway's applications of the SBS modified asphalt and its mixture ,provide the better basis of the SBS modified asphalt mixture's future application.
