| This paper analyzed the purpose, meaning and the present status of choosing the machines for highway construction, and put forward decision-making research on the basis of analyzing the normal ways. Firstly based on the selective principle and familiar mathematic model for highway construction machinery, it identified the comprehensive weight evaluating method which consisted of the index weight subjective marking by experts and the objective entropy for choosing machines, and the decision-making model of fuzzy evaluation preference. Besides, it proved by paver samples. Secondly by analyzing the domestic and overseas provider-choosing tenets and methods, it bringed forward the evaluating index system and the data enveloping analysis model for choosing machine provider. And then it discussed the decision of the evaluating bid index system, introduced DARE method based on the conventional evaluating bid method into the research and came up with some own suggestion for purchasing of construction machinery. At the end, it provided a software of decision-making for choosing and purchasing of construction machinery, which is programmed by VB.NET. |
