Enterprise Material bidding can play an important role in optimizing enterprise resources and reducing business costs,etc.Doing the word of enterprise material bidding well.Enabling enterprises to get a good development.The bidding evaluation is very important.At the same time,Tendering and bidding is an important means to allocate social resources.Through the bidding to play the role of competition mechanism.distributing social resources to the companies of good management and strong technology.Enterprises in order to win the bid,it is necessary to strengthen management and improve the level of Technology.Researching on the bid evaluation method about power equipment is of great significance to the development of electric enterprises and the development of society.Power systems for quality technology of equipment have become increasingly demanding with the development of the grid.The paper's theme is how to improve bid evaluation method to buy high quality products.At first,This paper introduces the bidding status of power equipment and the commonly used bid evaluation methods,pointing out the current problems and risks of bidding evaluation methods,leading to the current research and application of DEA.Secondly,The data envelopment analysis(DEA)theory is introduced into the bidding evaluation of power equipment,according to the evaluation of power equipment that it is a comprehensive evaluation process that needs to consider multi factor,multi variable and multi objective.And The basic concept of data envelopment analysis,the selected model and the calculation of model are introduced.Finally,Based on the analysis of bid evaluation data of Zhanjiang power grid,Applying the theory of data envelopment analysis to establish the evaluation index system.Selecting CCR model.Importing index system parameters into CCR model.Calculation and analysis of the comprehensive technical efficiency of bidding units,that is,comprehensive efficiency.And then importing index system parameters into BCC model after selecting the BCC model.The pure technical efficiency of the bidding unit is calculated.It is concluded that the scale efficiency of the bidding unit is valid or invalid.Based on the results of the two models,the technical effectiveness and scale effectiveness of the bidding unit can be obtained.By analyzing the technical and scale effectiveness of the bidding unit,The candidate for winning the bid can be got according to the actual input index and output index parameters.The feasibility and applicability of the model are proved by comparing the results of DEA model calculation and the evaluation results of the comprehensive scoring method and lowest mark method.
