| In order to test brake capability of motorcycle hydraulic anti-lock brake controller, a kind of indoor and easy-installed testing device and its testing system is required to be researched and developed urgently at present. This dissertation analyzed the working principle of motorcycle's ABS, controller technology and principles of anti-lock brake controller, provided the calculating method of controller, derived formulas about the braking pressure and friction factors of real road conditions. On the basis of analysis of motorcycle hydraulic disk brake, the construction of testing system is designed and the series-designed theory is completed. The brake test's system configuration and working principle is narrated, and a group of flywheel is detailed designed and optimized. The input and output pressure of controller are testing statically and dynamically in simulating real road condition in computer routing. Key components of brake controller (such as valve core valve body and pinhole)are manufactured and processed, specially pinhole is researched, a series of motorcycle hydraulic anti-lock brake controller need to be designed and improved farther, and appropriative technologic equipments of a batch of aati-lock brake controllers are developed. So those will provide a reliable basis of test for designs of batches of hydraulic anti-lock brake controller. |
