In order to improve brake capability of medium-price and low-price motorcycles, a kind of economical and practical Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) and its testing system need to be researched and developed urgently at present. This dissertation analyzed the working principle of motorcycle anti-lock brake control. The mathematics model of mechanical style ABS for motorcycles is established, on the basis of which, the calculation formula about the braking pressure and friction factor of real road conditions is deduced. Based on the function theory of anti-lock brake of motorcycles, the model of anti-braking controller is designed and improved which is the same with medium-price and low-price motorcycles. The key configurations of controller, such as micro-hole, coordination between the valve core and the valve body, are analyzed and those manufacturing methods are researched. According to the testing requires of the controller, the construction of testing device is designed and manufactured. The input and output pressure of the controller were tested statically and dynamically on high, mid and low adhesion coefficients road surface in adopt computer test system. And the controller satisfies two goals: delay and reduce the peak of braking pressure and produce superior braking distance.
