This paper is concerned about one of the new branches of modern biological mechanics-cellular mechanics. By academic calculation, and experimental study, the author researched the mechanical environment and experimental technique of cellular isolated culture.Fisrt of all, basing on the systemic discussed and inducted the study methods and development of cellular mechanics, especially in the experimental technique of cellular isolated culture, designed and produced a "dual axel strain" device and a "one-way tensile strain" device corresponding to cellular physiological and pathological state.Then, in order to guiding design and calibrating strain, analysised mechanical state of the "dual axel strain" device by using some technique, such as theoretical calculation, FEM analysis, electrical strain. In addition, jointly developed a new optical measure system (ZM-PD-1) which has some characters such as non-contact and non-reinforce measurement, and used it to measure the material mechanics parameter of soft material, also, published 2 papers in academic journal.At last, suggested some ideas to improve the research of strained cellular isolated culture device.
