| The general situation and development of road roller, especially vibrating road roller, at home and abroad is given at the beginning of this thesis, thinking about the situation of our country, demonstrating the necessary that working over the small pressing machinery product being taken with the own knowledge property right. Basing on the past six years' scientific research, this thesis reconstructs the past double frequency vibrating road roller on the technique and structure, and designs the vibrating front wheel through adopting especial structure to realize impaction pressing. At last, through the abundant comparative experiment, ascertaining the double frequency's bound of the double vibrating road roller, and making some analysis about the effects, of the parameters like ratio of double frequency, swing and angle difference etc., on compaction effect. Validating that the vibrating front wheel can realize impaction pressing and the compaction effect is good. At last, offering the mechanics model basing on the experimentation. |
