Influenced by the third technical revolution, kinds of designs of new style of rollers reflect the trend of modern and intellectual development fully.As an important aspect of improving rolling technology, the continuous rolling control technology has been paid more and more attention. This thesis studies the theory of automatic rolling control, selects appropriate compaction meter and makes essential performance tests. Based on this, it designs the system of automatic rolling controlling, realizing the real time adjust of vibratory parameters. At last, The thesis suggests using the method of Genetic Algorithms to optimize the rules of fuzzy control. |
