| With the busywork environment and the function and the configuration and the using performance and the electrical system of milling machine analyzed, the demand and object of remote control system put forward. With the performance of electronic parts of an apparatus, the time system and the frequency system, the mode of coding, the RF transmission system analyzed and compared, the optimum scheme of this remote control system is confirmed. Based on the scheme of the remote control system, the design of emitter and acceptor, administering machine are researched. Also, the circuitry of saving power supper and accelerating and decelerating are designed. At last, according to the molding remote control system, indoors and outdoors tests are carried out. The tests results show that the designed remote control the technology is feasible, the economy is reasonable, the use is dependable, the designed remote control adapts to make the milling machine and use in project. |
