Along with the more and more asphalt pavement entering overhaul period,milling and reuse the asphalt pavement material is an important development in roadindustry. It is exact in studying the milling machine technology in china. In this paper,structure of milling roller is studied; mathematics is used here in calculating the cuttermilling depth and roller milling depth change curves on milling roller turn angle,which indicate milling load wave is high frequency, and the wave frequency isdecided by roller rev and number of cutters, the average load is decided by roller revand velocity of machine; affect on machine work performance is studied, such asengine dynamic characteristic, inertia of transmission chain, it is advised that “nomilling hydraulic system flooding during machine working” as a rule of hydraulicmilling machine parameters matching, and one milling transmission system isdesigned. Based on AMESim, hydraulic milling machine model is established andmaximum torque of milling system hydraulic affecting on machine work performanceis studied, which prove the match rule is right. Frequency response characteristic ofroller rev on load is reached, which indicates increasing the frequency of roller revwill decrease the amplitude of roller rev wave for the cutting load; milling experimentis processed, the stat. result indicates the peak amplitude of milling load, which isimportant for the design of milling hydraulic system.
