Integrated System Of Ug-based Modular Product Design

This paper studies the overseas and domestic actuality and development of the technology about the integrated system of modular product design. On the basis of the theory and the method for the modular design, the paper describes the meaning of the integrated modular product design system and the integrated modular product design system based on UG According to the common flow of the modular design, combining the application of the modular design and the actuality of the computer integrated modular design, three modular design modes are got. The paper gets the whole flow of modular design by analyzing the flow of each modular design mode. Aming at supporting the design flow, the paper carries through requirement analysis. For increasing the repetition and maintenance and expansion of the system, the three distributing system architecture is used. According the function requirements of system, the paper introduces the function tree. The paper also studies the key technologies of the system including the functional decomposition and module partition and the modular design knowledge reasoning and integration technology. At the same time the paper introduces the technology on visual modeling of the functional decomposition and module partition, knowledge expression, the control means of knowledge reasoning, the integration technology among the function modules, the secondary development of UG, the integration technology between UG/Open API and Delphi and the integration method based on UG At last the paper introduces the development and application of the prototype system.
