Remote Terminal (RT) is an important part of advanced aircraft power system. The main task is to inspect and control AC and DC power bus, EMPC and the quality of external power. This dissertation is mainly about the reseach and design of RT.According to the requirement of time-response , fault-tolerance , and reliability , the module of PC 104 is selected as core processor . 8255 is suitable for expanding the digital I/O.To insure that the RT has enough capability in various situation including kinds of faults,we introduce the embedded real-time multi-task OS Vx Works. The hardware is divided into the design of three modules : analog input, digital input/output and power supply. MIL-STD-1553B bus is employed in bus communication and met the requirement of data exchange.We also develope the drivers of 1553B bus , AD and DIO. Furthermore we assign task priorities and task modules and intertask communication. All applications have been programmed with C language. Programming becomes simplified and the layout of software system becomes more clearly because of the introduction of VxWorks. Simultaneously Built-in Test (BIT) has been designed. |
