City Rapid Rail Car Body Steel Structure Design And Process Analysis

In this paper, the car body of the city-trans light rail express train of Dalian is introduced, mainly in aspects of the idea of the design ,the composing of the structure, the calculation of the stress and the techniques of the manufacture. The analysis and improving of the design, which considered the requirement of train and consulted the advanced technology, is introduced completely. The question of the high stress in the some part of car body is resolved. The manufacture techniques of the car body are investigated. The questions, such as the manufacture of the drum sidewall, the under frame without the middle beam, the roof cover and the end wall ,the assembly of the car body ,are resolved by the reasonable techniques and the available facility.The city-trans light rail express train of Dalian produced 10 units. Form then on, the status of the trains is great. It is certificated that the car body of the city-trans light rail express trains is satisfied of the requirement by the calculation and the examination of the car body, reached the propose of the design. It supplies the experience for the production of the similar trains in the future.
