In this thesis, the approach to standard part intelligent selection in precision-casting mold design of the blade of aero engine is discussed. At the bases of the Implementation about parameterized modeling of mold part of blade by tool for building 3D parameterization graph library, especially focus on the acquire and expression method and inference strategy design knowledge of the precision-casting mold design of the blade of aero engine, and by this developing the auxiliary means of standard part selection based on the knowledge in precision-casting mold design, and realized the standard part intelligent selection in precision-casting mold design.The main research contents are as follows:1. Analyzing the structures of plenty blade precision-casting molds in details, acquiring the knowledge of standard part selection in mold design. Obtaining the dimension association in mold roughcast and mold standard parts, association in mold category and standard parts type etc. , and integrating the production rule representation and framework with the procedure representation; the inference strategy was setting and the interface of acquired the roughcast's dimension value and the interface with the tool for building 3D parameterization graph library. The function of standard part intelligent selection in precision-casting mold design of the blade of aero engine was achieved by exploit the tool for building 3D parameterization graph library.2. The representative structure of precision-casting mold was disposed and the model of representative structure can be generated automatically.3. The intelligent generation method of slot and cavity structure in mold design was given.4. Discussing the building technique of the standard part library, introducing the characteristic of existent tool for building 3D parameterization graph library and standard part library's building method, and accordingly setting the functional module of standard part library of precision-casting for necessary supplement.This thesis realized the standard part intelligent selection in precision-casting mold, developed the efficiency of the mold design, decreased the rework for the designer, and also strengthened the quality and common use of the mold design.
