With the continuous development of aviation manufacturing industry,as a large category of basic technical standard of aviation technology,the technical standard of aviation thread connection has been widely used.It accounts for about 30%~40% of the overall aviation standards.However,there are many kinds of technical standards of aviation thread connection in our country,and different versions are in use and effective in parallel,so it is difficult to make clear the differences of technical characteristics,technical attribute information and the relationship specifications between different versions.However,in the practical application of China's technical standard for aviation thread connection,they are mostly saved and managed by means of documents.Such a single way of management causes some problems,such as query difficulty inconvenient accessibility.In order to be able to provide better services to enterprises based on the existing aviation technical standards,comprehensive management of technical standards resources is required.That is to say,the corresponding management work should be carried out in the whole process of aviation technical standard from issue to implementation,update and invalidation.Taking the aviation technical standard represented by "thread connection" as the research object.Firstly,a parametric design method where table data are used to drive model parameters is applied to establish the library.Excel tables are used to manage the design parameters of the standard fasteners.The design parameters in the Excel tables are connected with the constraint parameters of fasteners models with the equation functions in CATIA.The two-dimensional(2D)electronic drawings and 3D renderings of the standard parts of the aviation screw connection were produced,and the management methods of standard documents were introduced.Then,the knowledge of navigation mark was classified hierarchically,and the knowledge database management model was used to describe and optimize each knowledge in detail.Then the technical knowledge base of aviation screw connection technology was established.Finally,the detailed design of each functional module of the platform,and through the CAD technology,JSP,JavaBean and database access technology,developed the aviation thread connection technology standard resource service platform,and realized the goal of synchronous management of standard document,standard knowledge and data.It can not only effectively solve the problems of "difficult retrieval,inconvenient invoking and low direct utilization rate" of relevant data information of aviation technical standard in practical application,but also explore new ways for scientific management of technical standards in various industries.The research work of this paper can make the technical standard be shared accurately and effectively in product research and development as a kind of knowledge resource,and thus improve the efficiency of product design and shorten the whole development cycle of aviation product,and it can also provide persuasive basis for improving the current technical standards from the aspect of technical services.
