This dissertation designs and explains the three-phase power system used in aero crafts. This system can convert frequency-variable voltage produced by alternator that is derived by aeroengine into constant AC voltage with constant frequency. The process of this converter can be divided into two steps. The first step is the completion of changing three-phase AC input power into constant DC power, and the second stage is transfer DC voltage into three-phase AC with no fluctuant magnitude and frequency. In the part of rectifier, good performance of 3-phase active power factor correction was complete by using three isolate single-phase APFC circuits. Applying power factor controller MC34262, only a little additional circuit were needed. So the structure of PFC is simpleness and the power factor is high. In the stage of inverter, 3-phase PWM generator SA4828 and MCS-51 are used as controller. SA4828 is a kind of semiconductor created by MITEL, which is better than family of SA828. And it has interface with MCS-51 that has functions of detecting periphery circuit, controlling whole system and protecting the system. The design is simple and easy to understand. The working of software is fewness, which make the whole system run quickly and the changing of load can be respond on time.
