With the development of biotechnology and injection technology,cell microflow syringes have been widely used in many fields,so the experimental equipment and experimental means are becoming higher and higher.For example,whether the injection equipment is easy to operate,whether the operating object is affected by the equipment and the size of the impact,and the control accuracy of the injection equipment.It is urgent to study a simple and highly precise microinjection device.In this paper,the first inverse and two positive piezoelectric effects of a piezoelectric material are analyzed and studied by theory and experiment.A micro injection device based on the theory of multiple piezoelectric effects is designed.The device can not only make microinjection of cells,but also perceive the actual injection amount and make the control fine.The degree has been greatly improved.The study is as follows:Firstly,based on the classical piezoelectricity theory,the dielectric theory and the anisotropic elastic mechanics theory,the multiple piezoelectric effect of the piezoelectric material,the boundary conditions of the various piezoelectric effects and the piezoelectric equations under various piezoelectric effects are analyzed and studied.Secondly,according to the theoretical analysis of the first and two positive piezoelectric effects of the piezoelectric material,the piezoelectric effect of the stack type piezoelectric ceramics is experimentally studied,and the experimental platform of an inverse and two positive piezoelectric effect of a stack type piezoelectric ceramic is built.When the driving voltage is applied to the platform,the micro displacement produced by the reverse piezoelectric effect is measured.The micro displacement acts on the stack type piezoelectric ceramic,and the potential shift will be generated by the two positive piezoelectric effect,and the potential shift produced by the two positive piezoelectric effect is separated through the platform,thus the same piezoelectric material is uploaded.The combination of sense and actuators.The experimental results show that the experimental output values are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis values,and the micro displacement and potential shift produced by various piezoelectric effects have a good linear relationship with the applied external voltage,which lays the foundation for the design of the piezoelectric microinjection system based on the theory of multiple piezoelectric effects.Finally,based on the theoretical and Experimental Research on the first inverse and twopositive piezoelectric effects in a stack type piezoelectric ceramic,a piezoelectric micro injection device based on the theory of multiple piezoelectric effects is designed.The actual displacement of the positioning mechanism of the micro injection system is 2.5 times that of the perceived displacement,and the actual displacement of the injection mechanism of the micro injection system is 2 times that of the perceptual displacement,that is,the actual injection amount is 2times the perception.The micro displacement of the microinjection system has a good linear relationship with the applied voltage.The displacement and injection amount can be controlled well by using an inverse positive piezoelectric effect to control the displacement and injection,and the actual displacement and injection amount are perceived by the potential shift produced by the two positive piezoelectric effect.The precise and quantitative control of microinjection can be realized.
